Changes had been announced for pensioners how money can be taken out of their pension pot. Therefore Zurich was planning to introduce a new Pension Guidance Tool.
I was asked by DigitsLBI to explore UI concept designs for this tool.
Alongside the personalised tool for annuities to calculate their guaranteed income for life, we wanted to introduce peoples stories to help customers understand their flexibility.
