Raconteur Media is a special interest media company that produces special interest reports for The Times, The Sunday Times and The Week. Raconteur had one main problem with their digital products: user were confused how to use their websites since they had two different ones to target their customers.
The existing sites didn't make the most of content frequency, didn't give the analytic insights required, didn't deliver appropriate advertisement inventory. Overall it was designed around the content, not the user.
Our objectives have been to ensure the site provides the intelligence required for future optimisation, it was optimised for the delivery of advertising inventory and met the needs of an intelligent and discerning audience.
