More than half of French people think climate change needs an urgent response and are ready to change their consumption habits. Those customers refuse, for example, to allow their savings to finance fossil fuels. And it is a global trend – 61% banking customers in the UK said they wanted their banking provider to “do more to create a positive, social and environmental impact,” according to Deloitte.
Without compromising on security and innovation, an algorithm is applied on your daily banking activities to identify your global carbon footprint, summarising it all in a clever scoring system helping to fight against global warming.
I led the UX and UI for a this French neobank start-up, providing an eco-friendly and sustainable approach to everyday banking.
Working closely with the founders (CSO, CEO and CTO) we identify customers’ needs and translate these into clever solutions, allowing management of both budget and impact at the same time.
I creation the user journeys, including the high-fidelity UI design for an MVP-ready mobile app and built the design system from scratch. Further supported on the designs for the website and the bank cards.
